We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our cross-functional Strategy BI team. In this role, you will collaborate directly with business leaders to turn data into clear and actionable recommendations. You will work with teams across Operations, Risk, Servicing, Finance, Product, and Sales, tackling their highest-priority questions as we enter our next stage of growth. The right candidate has a strong business mindset, sharp problem-solving instincts, and the ability to distill complex analysis into something any business partner can act on. This position is preferably based in New York City, but remote candidates will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain core reporting suites and dashboards as needed to support decision-making.
  • Work on analytical projects end to end, helping to scope the approach, dig into the data, and generate recommendations that the business can act on.
  • Partner with your manager and department leads to understand the company’s biggest open questions, generate action-oriented insights, and turn ambiguous problems into a clear path forward.
  • Build and refine models that surface what’s driving a team’s performance and why, so that teams can plan with confidence.
  • Perform ad hoc quantitative analysis as new questions arise and proactively surface opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics Engineers to ensure the right data is delivered to the right places and is accurate.

  • Ability to build analytical stories, using data and visualizations to drive impactful insights that lead to action.
  • Ability to juggle several cross-functional projects and stakeholders at once.

Preferred Skills:

  • Business minded: able to connect data to what actually matters based on stakeholder priorities and company goals.
  • Able to break down ambiguous, open-ended business questions into a structured plan of attack, and manage multiple concurrent workstreams for different business partners
