  • Build robust API integrations and event-driven automation pipelines across cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Implement error handling, retry logic, alerting, and observability for all automated workflows to ensure reliability and visibility.
  • Maintain and extend automation libraries and reusable components for use across teams.

Infrastructure & DevOps Automation

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for automated testing and deployment of automation artifacts.
  • Develop self-service automation tooling that enables non-engineers to trigger and monitor complex workflows safely.
  • Support cloud operations automation across Azure Government and AWS GovCloud environments.

Monitoring, Optimization & Support
