Claims Processing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Claims Processing Specialist to review and process claims and related documentation. You will verify information, update records, identify missing details, and help ensure claims are processed accurately and on time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Review and process incoming claims and supporting documents
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Enter and update claim information in company systems
• Identify missing or inconsistent information
• Follow up on documentation needed to complete a claim
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation
• Escalate issues that require additional review

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous claims processing, data entry, administrative, or customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer and typing skills
• Comfortable reviewing and working with documents and data
• Good organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous claims or insurance experience
• Experience with databases or claims management systems
• Healthcare, insurance, or administrative experience

COMPENSATION

$19–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
