We are seeking a results and data-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of Small and MidMarket Account Executives. In this role, you will be instrumental in coaching, training, and developing our sales force, ensuring they consistently deliver value to our customers and exceed quotas. You’ll be successful in this role if you have a proven track record in sales management, a passion for cultivating talent, and the drive to propel our organization to new heights.
How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with the following qualifications:
Actively coach, train, and develop team of Account Executives to exceed their quotas
Run weekly 1:1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
Focus on driving a "solution selling” and “value selling” culture
Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the actions that your team members can take to improve each month
Analyze team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes and sales training
Ensure that Account Executives are accurately and regularly forecasting and updating their pipeline and documenting activities in our CRM
3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment.
5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales position in a B2B SaaS environment.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
Record of overachievement and forecast accuracy against individual and team quotas
Strong empathy for peers, direct reports, and customers
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behavior change
Adaptable and open to changing processes when it’s right for your team, your organization, and the customers you serve
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and willingness to research accounts and develop a hypothesis about how the solution will likely create value for the prospect
Must be located in the United States in Pacific, Mountain, or Central timezone

$240,000 - $300,000 OTE
