As a Senior Business Recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling TRM’s business functions by leading full-cycle recruiting across a range of teams, including Sales, Post-Sales, G&A, and other high-priority business roles. You’ll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs, craft exceptional candidate experiences, and deliver high-quality hires during a pivotal phase of growth.
This role goes beyond filling requisitions. You’ll help shape how TRM identifies, evaluates, and engages top talent across functions, while building scalable recruiting practices for a high-performing, async-first, globally distributed team.
