The Manager, Engineering Development leads and coordinates one or more product development teams supporting a diverse SaaS platform built primarily on Java and .NET technologies.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering execution and leadership, providing oversight, alignment, and coordination across the software development lifecycle. The Development Manager is responsible for supporting delivery excellence, resource and capacity planning, quality assurance, and effective execution across development teams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technical knowledge, people leadership, and operational discipline, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution with broader business and product priorities.

COMPENSATION AND WELL-BEINGThe annual base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$185,000 (less applicable taxes). The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
