The Senior Advisor Development Manager is a key member of the Advisor Development team, responsible for designing, facilitating, and continuously enhancing learning experiences that help advisors build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver exceptional client and advisor experiences. This role serves as a lead instructor, facilitator, and learning partner, working closely with Advisory Leadership and subject matter experts to identify development needs, create impactful training programs, and support the professional growth of advisors across the firm.
The ideal candidate brings deep advisory industry experience, a passion for developing others, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable learning. This individual is a confident facilitator, trusted partner, and collaborative leader who is energized by helping advisors improve their effectiveness, strengthen client relationships, and maximize the value of firm resources.
Our preference is to have someone work in St. Louis 3 days/week. However, we are open to having someone work Remotely with light travel if they meet all the qualifications.

This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000-$125,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Please note that the job title is subject to change based on the selected candidate’s experience and education.
