  • Offer strategic insights to clients on new functionality, helping them plan for the future.
  • Document activities clearly and thoroughly on timecards to avoid billing disputes.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants through leveling chats, group discussions, and project support.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and fellow consultants to ensure accurate project plans and timely task completion.
  • Identify out-of-scope items, assist with change order creation, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain advanced certification in key Sage Intacct modules, including Construction and SCM.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading teams in a consulting environment.
  • Accounting experience in the construction field.
  • Experience in mid-sized to enterprise-level consulting firms.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with publisher escalation processes.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about using technology to simplify and improve client operations.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Integrity-focused — you make the right call, even when no one is watching.
  • Persistent and tenacious in driving outcomes.
  • A natural learner and teacher, eager to grow and share knowledge.
  • An excellent listener who can quickly understand client needs and respond effectively.
