We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Administrator to support an established Microsoft 365 environment and assist with ongoing SharePoint projects.
This is a hands-on position for someone who already has practical experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. You should be comfortable managing day-to-day administration, resolving issues and making configuration changes without needing extensive training.
You will work alongside the project team, taking responsibility for assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed properly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites and environments
Manage SharePoint sites, Lists, Libraries, permissions and access
Configure SharePoint settings and site functionality
Manage users, groups and permissions
Support document management and SharePoint structures
Investigate and resolve SharePoint issues
Troubleshoot access, permissions and configuration problems
Support SharePoint migrations, restructures and improvements
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration where required
Work with other Microsoft 365 applications where they integrate with SharePoint
Document changes, processes and solutions
Support wider SharePoint projects and implementations
Test and review changes before they are put into use

Experience managing SharePoint permissions and user access
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of SharePoint site structure and configuration
Experience supporting users and resolving technical issues
Good written and verbal English
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
