You're an associate therapist in IL — LSW or LPC — who wants a remote caseload, free supervision, and work that has real impact. Illinois is underserved when it comes to quality youth mental health care, and our school district partners in Illinois need strong clinicians.

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students in Illinois school districts. Collaborate with school counselors, support families with psychoeducation, and participate in a close-knit clinical team with regular case consultations.

What You Need

Pay Range

$40—$50 USD

  • Free supervision — no cost to you, ever
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
  • $40/hr individual sessions (12+) | $50/hr family therapy
  • 100% remote — no office required
  • Flexible scheduling — afternoons, evenings, or weekends
  • All admin, billing, and credentialing handled by our team
  • Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered)
  • Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
  • Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings
  • CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
  • School or youth clinical background
  • Active NPI and CAQH
