Not every listing is ATS-direct — but none of them require an account with us
We'd love to say every single job on this site links straight into a company's Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever posting. That's not quite true yet — a portion of our listings still route through the employer's own career page rather than a direct ATS integration. What is true across the board: applying through Remote Landers never requires creating an account on our site. We're not in the business of gatekeeping your own job search behind a login screen. Click apply, and you go straight to the employer, not to a signup form.
Real salary, not "competitive compensation"
A listing that hides its pay range usually isn't hiding it by accident. We prioritize postings that disclose real, specific salary figures, so you're not investing an hour on an application only to find out three interviews later that the number was never in your range to begin with.
Actually remote — not "remote-friendly" with a surprise office requirement
"Remote" gets stretched to mean a lot of things across the internet, including roles that quietly expect you in an office two days a week. We filter out hybrid positions. If it's listed here, it's meant to be worked from wherever you are, full stop.
We filter hard so you don't have to sift through noise
Every listing goes through a screening process before it makes it onto the site — checking for things like whether the role is genuinely open, whether it's in a language and region relevant to our users, and whether it holds up as a real, currently active opportunity rather than a stale posting somebody forgot to take down. The goal is simple: fewer dead ends, less time wasted clicking into jobs that were never going to work out.
Listings don't just sit there after they've expired
We actively check whether postings are still live and pull down the ones that aren't. A job board is only useful if what's on it is real right now, not a graveyard of links that stopped working months ago.
Your email stays yours
We don't collect your email address just for browsing the site. The only time we'll have it is if you choose to sign up for job alerts — and even then, it's used for exactly that: sending you relevant openings, nothing else.
Free, no catch
There's no paywall between you and the full list of jobs. Browsing, filtering, and applying are all free, for everyone, indefinitely.
None of this makes job hunting effortless — that's not a promise any job board can honestly make. What we can promise is that the time you spend here goes toward looking at real, current, accurately described opportunities, instead of getting lost in dead links, vague pay ranges, and yet another account you didn't want to create.
