Web Production Specialist (LatAm)

Job Description

Terra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Production Specialist to support the execution and maintenance of websites across a diverse set of client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing digital experiences to life, managing web content with precision, and ensuring sites are accurate, polished, and up to date.

The right candidate is highly organized, technically savvy, and comfortable working across multiple projects and platforms. You’re someone who takes ownership of your work, catches the details others might miss, and can confidently manage web production tasks from start to finish while collaborating closely with internal teams.

WHO YOU ARE

Additionally, you bring some or all of the following capabilities:

• You’re fluent in English and comfortable communicating clearly and confidently in a global, remote work environment.
• You have 2+ years of experience in web production, content management, digital production, or a related role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
• You’re highly proficient in WordPress and comfortable working within content management systems to publish, update, and maintain web content.
• You’re detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, polished work. You have a sharp eye for inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities to improve the user experience.
• You’re proactive and take ownership of your work, anticipating needs and following projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
• You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple web production requests, deadlines, and priorities at once.
• You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other cross-functional partners.
• You’re adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly.
• Experience authoring and publishing content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to web content, including on-page optimization, metadata, links, and content structure.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
• Experience working with other CMS platforms and digital publishing tools.
• An interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline web production workflows while maintaining accuracy and quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own web production and content publishing across a diverse set of client accounts, ensuring websites are accurate, polished, and up to date.
• Upload, publish, and update web content across client websites, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage web production requests from intake through completion, keeping work organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
• Review pages and content before publishing to ensure formatting, links, images, metadata, and other details are correct.
• Review content for adherence to SEO/AEO/GEO best practices prior to publishing.
• Partner closely with project managers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other internal teams to execute web updates effectively.
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively identify potential problems before they impact a live site.
• Follow established workflows, QA processes, and client-specific requirements to maintain consistency and quality across websites.
• Take independent ownership of assigned work, communicating proactively about timelines, questions, and potential roadblocks.
• Learn and work across different content management systems and client environments, adapting quickly to new tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve web production workflows, documentation, and processes to make publishing more efficient and scalable.
• Stay current on web production, CMS, SEO, and digital best practices, applying relevant knowledge to day-to-day work.
