Remote jobs at Klearnow
KlearNow.AI is an AI-powered customs clearance and trade compliance platform, and licensed customs broker, founded in 2018 and headquartered in San Jose, CA. The platform serves importers, exporters, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and self-filers across the US, Canada, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK. KlearNow.AI is ABI-certified in the United States and holds active customs broker licenses in Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The platform was designed around CBP internal advice H350722 (January 2026), H326926, and 19 CFR § 111 requirements governing customs business. All AI-assisted features surface data for licensed broker review — no autonomous entry decisions are made by software. KlearNow.AI's compliance architecture covers: AI-powered data extraction from trade documents (BOLs, invoices, packing lists); 6-digit HS code suggestions as general guidance to licensed brokers; real-time customs clearance status and exception management; duty and bond forecasting; and audit-ready record-keeping. The platform is trusted by 2,000+ businesses worldwide and has successfully supported customers through IEEPA tariffs, Brexit, COVID supply chain disruption, de minimis threshold removal, and Type 86 entry elimination.
