Account Executive

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI data solutions team as one of its first Account Executives. You will build and grow relationships with AI labs, helping them access expert data and services for model training and evaluation.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with research, post-training, and data teams at frontier and emerging AI labs.
• Understand customer needs across expert annotation, reinforcement learning environments, model evaluations, and expert talent.
• Structure and negotiate deals suited to each customer, from early-stage contracts to larger agreements.
• Own the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing, then expand customer relationships.
• Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, including quota-carrying closing experience as an Account Executive or in a similar B2B role.
• Experience selling AI data products, such as annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, or expert talent, to frontier or emerging AI labs.
• Existing relationships with research, post-training, or data teams at AI labs.
• Background at an AI data vendor or similar organization, with experience in an early-stage, founder-led environment valued.
• Enterprise AI sales experience and exposure to healthcare or clinical data are helpful.
• US work authorization valid for at least 24 months. TN, F-1 OPT or STEM OPT, and H-1B transfers are considered; new H-1B petitions are not available.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $160,000 to $200,000 annually, with on-target earnings up to $400,000. Variable compensation equals base salary.
