About the Role

Vivian Health is looking for an Account Executive to help build and scale our Permanent Staffing business, bringing Vivian’s talent marketplace and AI-powered hiring technology directly to healthcare employers across the U.S. As an early growth driver for this vertical, you will combine aggressive outbound prospecting, modern AI sales stacks, and high-level GTM strategy to build our permanent staffing business.

This is a full-cycle, new-business sales role for a hands-on seller who is equally comfortable building the pipeline from scratch and closing complex deals. You’ll own your pipeline from the first account identified through signed contract, developing relationships with Talent Acquisition leaders, Chief People Officers, HR executives, and other senior stakeholders at hospitals, health systems, clinics, and long-term care organizations.

What You'll Do

• Top-of-Funnel Pipeline Generation: Design and execute multi-channel outbound strategy (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, modern outreach tools) to generate qualified enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
• Full-Cycle Deal Management: Prospect, qualify, run discovery, deliver compelling demos and business cases, navigate procurement and negotiation, and close new mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Tooling & AI Optimization: Leverage AI, automation, enrichment, and sales intelligence tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, streamline workflows, and increase the quality and efficiency of your selling activity.
• Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, objections, and emerging market needs that can sharpen our product and go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain a rigorous sales process: Keep pipeline data accurate, forecast thoughtfully, prioritize effectively, and use activity and conversion data to continuously improve your approach.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or pipeline generation within a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of personally sourcing qualified opportunities through prospecting.
• Plus 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive managing a full-cycle SaaS sales role, owning opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Experience in a startup, growth-stage, or similarly fast-moving environment where you have operated with autonomy and helped build process rather than simply follow an established playbook.
• Fluency in modern sales technology and AI-enabled workflows. Our current stack includes Salesforce, Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and AI-powered sales tools.
• Hands-on outbound capability. You have full ownership over account research, contact identification, personalized outreach, cold calling, and persistent multi-channel follow-up.
• Strong discovery, presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect customer challenges to a clear business case.

• Experience selling healthcare SaaS or technology solutions to hospitals, health systems, clinics, or other healthcare organizations
• Experience selling recruiting or HR technology, marketplace, or workforce solutions

What we provide: (Benefits & Perks)

The range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 yearly base salary, with additional commission opportunities of $60,000 OTE annually. This is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
