Radformation is a company dedicated to increasing the efficiency and decreasing the errors made in the radiation oncology cancer treatment planning process. We do this through innovative software that in the click of a button evaluates a plan's dosimetric constraints while verifying correct treatment parameters. Our Software is a plugin that runs inside of the Eclipse Treatment Planning System. It allows the user to evaluate any Eclipse external beam treatment plan and compare plans to easily determine which is better.
Radformation specializes in Radiation Oncology workflow automation. Our solutions save clinics time, eliminate planning errors, and enable the design of optimal treatments for patients. Our software focuses on three key areas:
We are a fully remote, mission-driven team united by a shared goal: to reduce cancer’s global impact and help save more of the 10 million lives it claims each year. Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented early-career professional to join our Accounting team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will support customer billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and sales tax processes while maintaining accurate information across our CRM and accounting systems. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and software, learns new systems quickly, and wants to grow in accounting and finance operations at a healthcare technology company.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and thrives on a dynamic team.
We care about our people as much as we care about our mission. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to make an impact in the fight against cancer.
For global teammates (via Deel):At Radformation, we want every team member to feel supported, no matter where they live. For teammates outside the US, we provide benefits that align with local laws and standards, working with our Employer of Record (EOR) partners to ensure fairness and equity. This means your benefits package will be locally compliant, competitive, and designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
Cancer affects people from every walk of life, and we believe our team should reflect that diversity. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
