About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to bring marketing plans to life through consistent, high-quality execution across more than 150 corporate publications. In this role, you’ll oversee social media publishing, lead readership marketing efforts, and keep campaigns and projects organized, on brand, and moving forward.

Reporting to our Director of Marketing within Corporate Marketing, you’ll partner closely with Corporate Publications leadership to carry out established strategies and priorities. This is a hands-on role that blends creative production, project coordination, campaign monitoring, and day-to-day management of the Marketing Campaign Specialist.

The ideal candidate brings marketing experience, strong organizational skills, and a practical, get-things-done mindset. You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities, collaborating across teams, and taking projects from an approved plan through execution and completion.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary range is $67,000 to $75,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The Role in Action

• Oversee social media publishing across 150+ publications by reviewing content for accuracy, brand alignment, and readiness while coordinating updates and scheduling.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Campaign Specialist while coordinating email, text, and social campaigns that drive reader engagement.
• Manage campaign execution and marketing projects by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, tracking deadlines, and coordinating across teams.
• Review campaign performance, audience engagement, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen future marketing efforts.
• Create advertising and sales materials, support publication launches and transitions, and coordinate promotional contests and publication-related events.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running to:

• Experience managing social media content, scheduling, and publishing across multiple accounts with strong editing skills and attention to brand standards.
• Ability to quickly learn marketing platforms and create polished advertising and marketing materials using design and content tools.
• Experience leading or coaching others, setting clear expectations, and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using campaign data and feedback to improve marketing efforts and collaborating across marketing, sales, and publication teams.
