Sales Representative

About the Role

Join a fintech sales team serving importers, exporters, and wholesalers that make cross-border payments using stablecoins. You will own new client relationships from the first conversation through account approval and the first payment, helping businesses get started with USD accounts and stablecoin settlement.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads the same day through WhatsApp, phone, and video in Spanish or English.
• Source prospects through outbound outreach and close full-cycle B2B deals.
• Guide businesses from their first conversation through account approval and their first payment.
• Help clients complete signup and verification, and follow up with prospects who have stalled.
• Explain USDT settlement, wallets, and USD payment rails in clear, accessible language.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM pipeline and involve senior leaders in larger opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of personally closing B2B sales, account executive, or business development deals, including outbound prospecting; 2 to 8 years of experience is preferred.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Working knowledge of stablecoins, USDT, or crypto payments, ideally gained in a crypto exchange, stablecoin payments company, or Latin American fintech.
• Experience selling to SMBs, importers, exporters, or wholesalers is valuable.
• Comfort with fast-paced client communication, particularly over WhatsApp, and independently managing a pipeline.
• Authorized to work in your location without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $48,000 to $60,000 USD annually, with $72,000 to $120,000 USD OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

Remote from Latin America, with Miami, Florida as the primary location and an option for candidates based there.
