About the RoleEquip is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in General and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to join its rapidly growing clinical care team caring for patients ages 6-99 years with eating disorders in a 100% virtual Telehealth platform.
Physicians are essential members of Equip's multidisciplinary virtual treatment team, working alongside therapists, dietitians, peer coaches, and family coaches to help children, adolescents, and adults recover from eating disorders. This is a remote, full time, salaried position with flexible hours and priority for afternoon and early evening hours in your time zone.
A central and unique aspect of this role is executing collaborative practice agreements with APPs across both psychiatric and general medical backgrounds. Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
