The Opportunity

We are seeking an outcomes-focused, deeply consultative Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new business within our highest-value accounts. In this role, you will not sell software features; you will sell business transformations, financial optimization, and employee experience strategies. You will partner with C-level executives (Chief Real Estate Officers, CFOs, and CIOs) to uncover hidden millions in underutilized real estate assets and structure complex enterprise agreements mapped directly to client-side ROI.

You'll open conversations by asking about the space decisions a customer faces in the next 12 months, then work out how they make those decisions today and how confident they are in them. Only then do you bring the right mix of platform, data, and services to fit their situation. You'll sell to real estate, workplace, facilities, and planning leaders, and you'll often be competing against the status quo: a broker, a consultant, or an internal team doing the math by hand.

About You

• Execute Consultative Value-Selling: Lead deep-discovery engagements to understand an enterprise's portfolio constraints, hybrid workforce patterns, and strategic capital expenditure goals.
• Architect Multi-Stakeholder Solutions: Build coalitions across historically siloed departments like Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Workplace Strategy, HR, Procurement, and Enterprise, aligning them behind a shared vision of spatial intelligence.
• Deliver Outcome-Based Proposals: Partner with our outcome focused internal teams to deliver financial impact assessments and business cases. You will translate complex spatial metrics (e.g., active vs. passive occupancy) into board-ready data-backed decisions.
• Manage Complex, Multi-Stage Cycles: Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from initial strategic mapping through technical validation and sophisticated contract negotiations.
• Leverage Strategic Integrations: Monetize and navigate strategic ecosystem alignments, positioning our native integrations with major players to accelerate time-to-value for joint enterprise clients.
• Maintain Pipeline Rigor: Consistently hit quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and a strong land-and-expand strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience managing 6-figure and 7-figure transaction values (100k–1M+ ARR).
• Sales Methodology: Demonstrated expertise in consultative, value-driven enterprise methodologies.
• Executive Presence: Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior cross-functional executives and presenting to executive steering committees.
• Analytical Acumen: Comfortable interpreting technical platform data, AI scenario models, or network architecture capabilities and translating them into high-level business logic.
• Track Record: Verifiable history of continuous quota overachievement (Top 10% of the team).

Preferred

• Background selling into Corporate Real Estate (CRE), PropTech, Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), Smart Building architecture, or high-value Enterprise Infrastructure SaaS.
• Consulting Experience with a proven ability to uncover the true need of the prospect and pivot the conversation and solution to meeting those needs.
• Experience with intent data platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Demandbase, ZoomInfo)
• Experience with AI tools and magenta (Claude, ChatGPT, etc)
